• Cohabitation agreements for unmarried couples.

Who we are

Louwrens Koen — principal attorney, notary public, and conveyancer. Admitted to practise as an attorney in 1995; admitted as a notary public in 2012. The practice has been built on a single discipline: doing antenuptial contracts and the related notarial work properly, at a transparent fee, for couples across South Africa.

Around a thousand contracts pass through our office every year. The volume gives us depth: most edge cases — foreign-marriage clauses, family-trust structures, complex commencement-value calculations, urgent same-week signings — we have seen.

How we work

• Single transparent fee. R1,950 all-inclusive for the standard antenuptial contract. No hourly billing. No add-ons. We invoice once, after you approve the draft.
• One working day to draft. The draft is in your inbox the next working day after you complete the intake form.
• You don’t have to come to us. If attendance is inconvenient, we sign by power of attorney. We have done it for clients in every province and abroad.
• We respond. Email and phone within working hours. We read every intake submission.
